- Visit a Whataburger location in the last 3 days
- Make an eligible purchase and receive a survey invitation on the purchase receipt.
- Take the survey within three days after the purchase or the date printed on your receipt.
- Must not be an employee of Whataburger or any person involved in the survey program and their immediate family members.

- If your receipt doesn’t have a survey code, click the under it and enter the Store Number printed towards the top of your Whataburger receipt.
- Click on the “Start” button to proceed.
- Complete the survey as per your experience with Whataburger.
- Submit the required details at the end of the survey to receive the validation code.
- Write down the validation code when it will appear on your screen as it may no longer be available to access another time or place.

- The validation code and offer expire 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The receipt with the validation code is required to redeem for the offer
