Chipotle Feedback Customer Satisfaction Survey Prize:
There are a total of 24 prizes: 12 from the US Pool and 12 from the Canada Pool. One prize is from each pool per Entry Period.
Each prize consists of Chipotle Burritos for a Year awarded in form of 52 Chipotle Burrito Cards. Each card is up to a value of $10.
The approximate retail value of each prize is USD 520 or CAD 675.25. The total ARV of all prizes in the sweepstakes is $12,480 USD/$16,210.15 CAD.
What You Need to Take Chipotle Customer Feedback Survey:
To participate in the Chipotle Feedback Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes, you must have rules and requirements to follow.
- You must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States, The District of Columbia, or Canada excluding Quebec.
- You must be at least 13 years of age or older at the time of the Sweepstakes entry.
- Must not be an employee, officer, representative, or his/her immediate family member of the Chipotle Mexican Grill or any person associated in the promotion.
- Make a purchase of any food or beverage at a participating Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant and receive a qualifying receipt for the online entry. The purchase receipt must contain a survey invite, a link to the website, and a unique code.
How to Take Chipotle Feedback Customer Satisfaction Survey Online:
There are two ways to participate in the Chipotle Feedback Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes: Online and Mail-In. For online entry, you may need a survey invitation through an eligible purchase. The mail-in method does not require any purchase or invitation.
Online Entry (With Survey Invite)
- Visit the URL printed on your Chipotle receipt or, access www.chipotlefeedback.com
- Select the type of survey invite you received and enter the pieces of information according to that.
- Like if you have a survey code, select the “Receipt with a survey code” option. Then enter the 20-digit survey number in the specific field.
- If you have a label on your digital order or an email with a survey link, choose the appropriate option.
- Select the country, state/province, city, and the name of the restaurant you visited. Also, enter the date and tome of that visit.
- Click on the “Start” button to fill out the survey.
- Complete the survey and submit it.
- Provide the information requested by the sponsor. You will automatically receive one entry into the applicable entry period of a US Pool or Canada Pool depending on your country of residence.
Those who do not have a survey invite, choose the last option and go to the Chipotle Contact Us page. Scroll down to click on the “TELL US ABOUT IT” button under the ‘Report An Experience’ page. Select what you would like to contact about and choose the right answers to the following questions.

Alternate Method of Entry (Without Survey Invite)
If you do not have a survey invitation or have not made an eligible purchase, you will be able to share your experience with Chipotle. Upon completion, you can enter into the Chipotle Feedback Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes. For that, you will need to
- Visit the Alternate Method Entry Site at alternatemethodofentry.com/013319
- Fill out an online form including your name, email, phone, birthday, gender, and address
- Click the “Submit” button and you will be taken to a confirmation page.
- Save the registration page as a PDF file.
- Email the PDF to alternateentry@prizelogic.com by the respective entry period and date.
Mail-In Entry
Though, if you do not have the survey invitation, you cannot join the Chipotle Sweepstakes through the Online Survey. But you can take part in the drawing contest via mail-in entry. In which, you do not even purchase anything from a participating Chipotle restaurant.
For that, all you need to do is take a 3½”×5” card. Handwrite your complete name, a valid email address, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and date of birth on it. Then, mail the card in an outer envelope with sufficient postage in the following address.
