What You Need to Take Tell Primark Survey Sweepstakes:
To participate in the Tell Primark Customer Survey and the Drawing Contest, you must comply with certain rules and requirements. Like you must
- A legal resident of 50 US, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, UK, the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Honduras, or the Republic of Korea.
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state or province at the time of sweepstakes entry.
- Must not be an employee, officer, director of Primark, InMoment, or Empathica or any of their immediate family member or person in the same household.
- Visit a Primark store recently and make a qualifying purchase to receive a specially marked cash register receipt.
How to Enter the Primark Customer Survey Sweepstakes Entry:
The contestants may enter the sweepstake both online through Tall Primark Survey as well as via mail-in. They can also join the drawing contest through the Phone Survey if the survey receipt contains a phone number inviting for the survey.
If you are an eligible Primark customer, you can enter into the Sweepstakes using any of these three ways.
Online Entry:
- Go to the survey URL printed on your Primark receipt with the survey invitation. Or, visit www.tellprimark.co.uk
- Navigate to the lower right-hand side of the survey entry page.
- Enter the 13-digit Survey Code from your receipt in the field. (Can’t locate the number on your Primark receipt? look at the sample receipt image posted in the middle of the page).
- Click on the “ENTER” link to begin the survey.
- Fill out the survey to the best of your knowledge.
- Upon completion, submit the required details you will be asked for. You will receive a free entry to the daily and weekly prize draw.
Phone or SMS Survey Entry:
If you would not like to go online to take the Tell Primark survey, you can still join the sweepstakes over the phone. For that, you need to call the toll-free number on your Primark survey invitation and respond to the recorded prompts. For the SMS survey, text your responses to the number provided in the Invitation instructions. After you complete the survey, provide your Sweepstakes Entry information to be eligible for the corresponding daily or weekly Prize Draw.

Mail-In Entry:
To enter into the sweepstakes without making any purchase at Primark or complete any survey, you can send a mail request. For that, handprint “Please enter me in the Empathica Daily Sweepstakes for a chance to win one (1) Daily Prize” or “Please enter me in the Empathica Weekly Sweepstakes for a chance to win great prizes” on a sheet of paper. Include your first name, last name, home telephone number, full address, email address, and the name of Primark (as the participating client). Mail the letter in an envelope with proper postage to one of the following addresses applicable to you.

- You can use a survey entry code only once to take the Tell Primark Survey
- All the eligible and complete entries will be entered in the draw for the daily sweepstakes for the day or the following Weekly Sweepstakes in which they are received.
- The prizes will be awarded to winners in the form of a check or money order in the currency of their country.
- As a winner, you may need to answer the Skill testing questions by jurisdiction to claim the prize.
- The prize will be sent to you within 60 days after the draw.
