Rules & Requirements for Sheetz Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes:
To become an eligible entrant for the Sheetz Inc. Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes by completing the survey, you will need to comply with the official rules of the contest. Also, fulfill some requirements like
- You must be one of the legal residents of West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, North Carolina, Maryland, or the District of Columbia.
- You must have reached the age of majority in your state of residence at the time of sweepstakes entry.
- Must not be the employees of Sheetz and SMG, their family or household members, and an entity associated with the drawing promotion.
- Visit a participating Sheetz Store location during the sweepstakes period.
- Receive a customer receipt containing a Sheetz survey invitation code to enter the draw through the online survey.
How to Take Sheetz Customer Satisfaction Survey Online & Enter the Draw:
If you are an eligible Sheetz customer with all the requisites required for the survey and sweepstakes, you can follow the steps right below. Before going online and beginning the procedure, keep your receipt handy for the necessary details. Then,
- Go to the survey site printed on your Sheetz receipt or visit www.rufeelinit.com
- Enter the Invitation Code; select the Date and Time of your visit from your survey invitation receipt. (See the sample Sheetz receipt invitation image on the right-hand side of the survey page if you need help to locate the information on your original copy).
- Click the “Start” button.
- Respond to all the survey questions to the best of your knowledge.
- After completing the survey, you will be instructed to follow the links and fill out a Sweepstakes registration form.
- Provide all the necessary details including your full name and phone number to enter the sweepstakes and be eligible for winning.
How to Enter the Sheetz Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes by Mail:
Without making any purchase or completing an online survey you can also participate in Sheetz Inc. Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes. For that, you need to take a 3”×5” piece of paper and include your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on it. More Information about Sheetz Customer Survey Sweepstakes:
- All online entries must be received by the last date of the Sweepstakes Period.
- All mail-in entry must be postmarked by September 30, 2020, and received by October 5, 2020
- 12 Monthly Drawing will be held during one Sweepstakes.
- Each Monthly Drawing will be conducted on or about 10th day of the month and 5 winners will be selected randomly
- The winners will be contacted via home-delivered mail, phone and/or email.
